● description of the product and the explosion protection measures (as a text) including the type key
● all drawings of the product (with respect to explosion protection)
●all data sheets of all non-metallic materials used in the product
●list of all components and main parts used
● if available: results of temperature measurements acc. standards used
All documents shall be in both Chinese and English.
3. Work flow（I）
1)．(after full payment of the prepayment): information about test samples + tests needed
2). test samples, tests done by PCEC
3).information about test results (if necessary: test samples for tests by ATEX Notified body)
4). PCEC is responsible for communication.

4. Documents needed by ATEX Notified body (Step 1)
=> twice, signed and stamped by company + date
(These documents will be sealed by ATEX Notified body: one set is for
the company and the second one is for the ATEX Notified body)
● description of the product and the explosion protection measures? including the type key (as a text)
● all drawings of the product with respect to explosion protection
● part list of the product
=>once, signed and stamped by company + date (These documents are for the ATEX Notified body archive)
●all data sheets of all non-metallic materials used in the product
●manual of the product (language of the manual according Directive 94/9/EC: language of the country in which the product is sold)
●test records and test reports by ATEX Notified body or PCEC about all tests according Directive 94/9/EC or relevant standards
●list of all components used
●other data sheets of components, important parts etc.
All documents shall be in both Chinese and English.
